We ship to over 80 countries. Your vintage rug travels safely from our studio in Anatolia to your home.

Delivery Times

Domestic (Türkiye): 3–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Free Shipping

Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $1,500. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Fully Insured

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. In the rare event of damage in transit, we will replace your piece.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each vintage rug is inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return.
